Diogenes’ Settlement is the name of a secluded part of Arcadia Wellness Park. It is a small Robinsonian settlement, consisting of a small two-bed hobbit dwelling, the Philosopher's Walk of the Athens' school, an orchard, and a vegetable garden.
Diogenes, after whom the settlement was named, is only one of twelve ancient philosophers whose wisdom we like to present to our visitors in a simple and accessible way. His worldview becomes quite relevant in our time as he advocates a simple and humble life without attachment to material things, status or power.
So, if you’d like to take a few days and step away from everything that is disrupting your inner peace and tranquility, come spend some time in a small hobbit dwelling and feel the richness of a simple life in a natural environment with minimal requirements.
